Returns & exchanges

Every PARASITICO piece is made to order just for you. Because it was never on a shelf and can't go back on one, we don't accept standard "didn't want it" returns for a refund — but we stand behind every item and we're easy to work with.

If the problem is on us — free fix

We'll replace or refund, at no cost to you, if your order has any of these:

  • A printing defect or misprint
  • A material or manufacturing flaw
  • The wrong item, design, or size shipped
  • Damage that happened in transit

Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. No need to ship the faulty item back unless we ask.

Sizing & change of mind

Please check the product's size chart before ordering — sizing is the most common avoidable issue with made-to-order goods. If a sealed, unworn, unwashed item doesn't fit, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help with an exchange where production allows. For non-defect exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the item must arrive back in original, unworn condition.

Non-returnable

Final-sale items, gift cards, and anything washed, worn, or altered can't be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping is non-refundable except where the fault was ours.
