Terms

Pricing is as published. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Give us 2–5 days to get your order out the door, then it rides.

Returns are accepted within fourteen days of arrival, goods unworn and tagged. If we got something wrong — misprint, wrong size shipped, critter facing the wrong way — the replacement is on us.

We don't do personalization, custom sizing, or blank samples. The critters come as they are. So do we.
