How we ship

Every PARASITICO piece is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — we make it after you buy it, which means less waste and a fresher print. It also means a short make time before anything ships.

Processing time

Allow 2–5 business days for production. Larger or multi-item orders may take a little longer; if anything will run long, we'll email you.

Delivery time

• United States: typically 3–7 business days after it ships.
• International: typically 7–20 business days after it ships, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees — weather, customs, and peak seasons can add time.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $99. Below that, the exact cost is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. We don't pad it with handling fees.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the shop. If tracking hasn't moved after a few days, give it a little time — then reach out and we'll chase it down.

International duties & taxes

Import duties, VAT, or customs fees on international orders are set by your country and are not included at checkout. They're the recipient's responsibility.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you cover the reshipment postage.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, that's on us — email [email protected] with your order number (and a photo for damage) within 30 days and we'll make it right.
